We are mortgage and protection brokers with access to a comprehensive range of lenders. No targets, no product pushing — just genuinely advice designed around your circumstances.
Your home/property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Our story
Bridge Mortgages and Protection was founded on a clear conviction: that clients deserved better than the box-ticking, product-led approach common at larger firms.
The name Bridge is not just a logo. It reflects what we actually do: bridge the gap between where our clients are and where they need to be — whether that is buying their first home, protecting their family, or building a property portfolio.
We are an Appointed Representative of HL Partnership Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We search a comprehensive range of lenders and are not tied to any single lender or insurer. Our recommendation is always the one that is right for you — not the one that pays us the most.
Based in Preston, we advise clients across Lancashire and the North West, with the ability to help clients anywhere in the UK.
Our values
We tell you what is achievable — not what you want to hear. If a mortgage is not the right move right now, we will say so.
We search a comprehensive range of lenders and are not tied to any lender or product. Our recommendation comes from the market, not from a preferred panel.
No jargon. No acronyms without explanation. No pressure. We explain everything and make sure you understand before you make a decision.
